Hi, my name is Luc, and I created Cooking Temperatures.
I love to cook. Often, when I would like to cook something, I don't need a recipe. I just need to know at what temperature a certain ingredient should be cooked.
Cooking temperatures for almost all ingredients by now are very well known.
The problem is that they are scattered all around the web, and they are usually buried deep inside recipes. So, when you need to find them, you need to read an entire recipe until you get to the part where they talk about said cooking temperature.
As an avid cook and a software developer, I decided to solve that problem.
Of course I could be the only one in the world that has this problem. However, I'm guessing that I am not that unique.
If you find it useful, use away. If you're looking for a specific cooking temperature that you cannot find on here, but would like to see? Reach out.
Enjoy.
